Minutes of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association Meeting
The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on this twenty-fifth of August, 2023. The meeting was presided over HOA President Jones, with members present of homeowners in presence.
Upon the call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed and approved with a few amendments.
- Mr. Davis, gave a brief financial report outlining the current state of the homeowner association's funds.
- Several homeowners raised concerns regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed community garden construction and streetlight regulations.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing clarifications about the projects.
Following the dialogue, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, on the same day next month.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Homeowners Association is currently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to strengthen the value of life for all residents while resolving present concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Amongst the proposed amendments are regulations related to yard maintenance, quiet hours, and parking regulations.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments meticulously and forward their suggestions by August 15th.
- A public forum will be scheduled on August 3rd to address the proposed amendments in greater detail.
Further information regarding the proposed amendments can be found on the HOA's digital portal. Residents are highly recommended to contribute in this important process.
The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program
Our dedicated community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by installing flowers, cleaning up public zones, and promoting a sense of pride.
We're currently working on numerous projects, including the restoration of our lakefront area. We invite you to participate in making Sherwood Lakes a truly wonderful place to call home.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is right around the corner. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.
A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!
Neighborhood Watch Program for Sherwood Lakes Residents
